According to the intros of each reporter, so far the only ones displaying the symptoms of infection written on the station memos are Ann and Brisco. Especially Brisco.

As far as the blood-spewing mannequins and the weird singing noise that went with them, are they ghosts like the levitating objects from other levels and the face in the storage room of the junk shop?

Hmm the only thing I remember right now are several dolls lying on the ground in a few levels...

Yeah, what was up with those dolls and that weird kids' giggling noises you'd hear everywhere? No explanation for those whatsoever!

So far for ghosts: the giggling, the dolls, the face in the junk shop, the pillow and the ghost in the Nursing home, the books in the library, the stew pot in the mansion, the ghost in the forest building and (maybe) those mannequins. The whole virus story can't explain THOSE, I think.
