UD 27/7 GLIDE ON EYE PENCIL DUPE!!! L'oreal HIP Color Chrome Eyeliner Review

I saw the new L'oreal pencils at CVS and absolutely had to compare them to Urban Decay's award winning eyeliners. The picture at the beginning is for size comparison. Actual product comparison was between the reviewed product and UD's 24/7 Glide on eye pencil in 'Elderado.' I allowed the application process to run for most of its original length because I thought it was important to show the process, which is probably more helpful to you guys than me rambling about it. As a result, there was not enough time for me to conclude verbally in the video. Here is the summary of the results and general information:

L'oreal
-Smooth, and super creamy. Applies with ease.
-Just as pigmented if more than UD
-Long lasting
-Waterproof
-Will need to be reapplied if used on the water line, just like most liners out there.
-Available at drugstores
-Currently only available in Black, Gold, Silver, Purple, and Teal
-FREAKING CHEAP

Urban Decay (UD)
-Award winning eyeliner
-Pigmented
-Does not glide on as smooth as L'oreal's HIP Color Chrome Liner on either the waterline or lower lashline
-Waterproof
-Available at high end cosmetic stores and online
-Available in a large variety of colors
-$17

The NYC Waterproof Eyeliner is a great Dupe for UD 24/7 Glide on Pencil..It doesn't smudge or come off...$3.57 at Walmart!!

Iown all HIP products and they are all amazing. I was super excited when I first saw the gold chome eyeliner, and I bough two of every color they had at Target. Black, Gold, Silver, and Purple. They are amazing!!!!
