good job guys, you'll find that soon you'll be able to manifest the reality of the Police not only giving in, but actually liking what you do. You're good on the megaphone, keep it up and you'll soon be fragmenting reality towards your own way!
-
great job. I know its not easy ! I know you see it as a learning experience. WHen they get vague and say 'anti social behaviour act 2003' ask them what the exact wording is ? ask them if what they are saying is that it is illegal to use a megaphone ? If so what about the open top buses ?

I have the same view points as you, but going around doing this doesnt help anything, the people you are trying to make aware of the issues you preach, dont know what your talking about and get defensive since your aiming it at them. It doesnt work,,,and stop intentionally trying to catch the police attention so you can use you little bit of legal knowledge on them in a patronising manner. That also doesnt solve anything. No offence, just expressing my opinion : )

TBH, i wouldnt like to see a world where everyone hugs one another when passing by loool, i'd beat the shit out my girlfriend first of all :P

Rastus783,
I find it hard to accept that using the word 'terrorist', regardless of the context, could be alarming. Please remember, it is just a word. Allbeit a very clever word, that is used to produce fear. And if you believe me just stating it in a comic context causes 'alarm' then perhaps it is you who needs to grow up.
With regards to Justice Holland's judgement, it recognised that the use of the megaphone is not an offence - and that is not only in the context of a demonstration.
