That's called " Burn Rubber."
Press both W + S to burn the damn rubber.
Very good at races.

Search Car Spawner at the google download it,... After that open your GTA SA.
Then press the windows button(Start) then open your Car Spawner,... Enjoy!
You can spawn anything you can! YEAH! DAMN!
