O wow. This was a fun video to make and create! I couldnt believe though how out of shape I was from not riding in only a couple weeks! As you all will see. ;) Hope you enjoy those bloopers. :p
---To anyone wondering when I mount from the right sometimes—I do this for a couple reasons, first off, I like my horse to be well rounded, and not one sided. Nothing bugs me more than to have a horse I can only work on the left side. Also, think about this a minute. If you were constantly being mounted from the left, getting 100 plus lbs of weight being pulled on your back, wouldnt that start to hurt after about the 2nd time?? Well, in effort to cause my horses back the least amount of stress, I occasionally mount from the right. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to message me, or leave a comment. But, please dont be rude about it.
--- To gentlemortal I hope you enjoy this song a little better. ;)

--OO one other thing. I only weigh 100lbs, so when i jump on my horses neck to get on her it doesnt bother her at all (as you can see), but i wouldnt suggest doing it to much none the less.

Hmm. Well, I think thats all for now, enjoy! O, and if you do enjoy, please leave a comment, sub, and check out my other videos! God Bless!

  • HAHA really nice..

I alway mount from both sides of the horse too. It was fuuny when I was riding I was really young and I mounted my horse on the right side and the instructor called out to me "What side to you mout on when riding" and I was stumped because I never thought about it so I said "What ever side is closer" then she replyed with "Thats a good awnser" :D

  • @HappyLittlePiggy Haha! That's awesome! But soo true- why work extra hard and move your horse around so you can get on the left side? When its just as easy to get on the right?!

  • i just saw this video. thanks so much for making it, it is realy helpful! I am going to be starting to lease a horse i am now riding for horseback riding lessons in march and once we form a great bond I am going to try this! Is your most recent video from one month ago? You should make them more often! I just found your channel and I love it! Do you think you could also make more kind of how to videos? thanks!

  • @Urbangloss99 Good Luck!! Horses are amazzinng, its awesome you have to opportunity to lease one! I have to admit I have been lazy about making them, with college, my job and everything else I have been soo strung out! I would love to make more how-to vidoes!..any suggestions on what people would like to know??? This was soo much fun to make! :)

  • This is a real sweet vid of you and your horse =]

What is his name, by the way? (sorry if i missed it in the vid >.<'')

It makes me miss being up at my friends ranch....they have ten horses, including a Mule(Azel) and a Donkey(Willy Wonka Donkey xD) But my favorite baby boy lives there, too. His name is Ranger--Mustang, with a gorgeous long main and tail. And he is a kettle corn junky XD (Longishly short story)

Right about now he's due to get his hair brushed again. And I'm stuck at school D<

  • @breyerhorsecraxy Thank you. :) The big darker horse is Brenna, and the lighter bay is Sherifa. :)

Thats awesome!! I hateee when school and my job and everything get in the way of spending time with my ponies. I went riding last week for the first time in like a month! It was lonng over due! lol
