  • You're absolutely right. At the time that I filmed this, I didn't know those were double uppercuts. My previous instructor didn't know/tell me. I keep meaning to re-film this one. :) And also true about the stances. Knee injuries. I can go deeper, but it hurts later. I'll suffer for the next filming. lol

  • you must get tired while doing all that choppy breathing and short motions.

  • very nice form, congradulatoins i like th transition when ur doing thundering hammers it just look very great. one of the best ways to see your progress is by filming yourself

  • Pretty good, but I notice you don't go into a concave stance when doing the two low upper cuts. I thought in destructive kneel your open and close stances could be a bit deeper. Other than that great job!
