has anyone had success with using pvc for the surface? or does it shatter in the cold?

lot of people & ski resort useing pvc for surface. pvc is softer then acrylic so easy

to get  scratch but good slide. acrylic is

harder i think it`s best but if box dosen`t

have coping or any space between base

you could do that... or you could nail 3 boards together and rub down with Irish Spring soap...

i have acrylic on the top of mine. should i wax it, or will water and snow work good?
