Richard Berkeley was trained as a musician in London and has co-founded Baroque and classical orchestras in Britain, Italy and now Poland, while pursuing parallel careers as a singer/actor and writer/producer. He has created and presented programmes for the BBC, RAI and TVP and worked with some of the leading film and television actors and directors on both sides of the Atlantic. He is also an accomplished executive coach and is heavily involved in promoting entrepreneurship and development of civil society in Poland. Richard is serving as the Chairman of Fundacja Nowa Orkiestra Kameralna (New Chamber Orchestra Foundation) and is interested in using music as a means of developing democracy. He is a passionate ambassador for Warsaw as a City of Culture and calls himself an Anglo-Pole.

very nicely put, i enjoy the way Richard summarized the reasons why Poland struggles to out perform, blaming the educational system which is a stupid learn, pass forget and never understand a thing
