At 09:30 note Murdoch's serious defense of Fox being 'fair and balanced' in the face of audience laughter, and Cavuto's sycophantic agreement. Pretty funny, if the consequences of Murdoch's fascist propaganda tools like Hannity and O'Reilly weren't so tragic for the country.
The show was a rare view of some of the media tycoons who dictate our media/propaganda. We also get to see the dynamics of a sycophantic toady and the tyrant he serves. Cavuto embarasses himself as an ignorant yahoo by insulting France repeatedly.

This sentence sums it up very well: "The Murdoch culture had stripped them [reporters and editors] of their conscience." The culture reflects the owner of the empire - he has no conscience - and that is very evident to all right-thinking people who have been exposed to the results of his brand of media exploitation.

Murdoch's "essential problem" goes far beyond that of "he never grew up". It is more than apparent that he was born without a sense of decency, veracity, or civility and the lack of these qualities are reflected in all the persons that are attracted to his variety of media offerings.

The man is a menace to the cultures wherein he wallows in the salacious, the fallacious and the deceptive. No doubt there is a special circle for him in Dante's Inferno and the River Styx will someday be his to cross. May he have a nice trip.
