Well,
1. A promise/a prophecy that something WILL happen for sure... sometime in the endless future... - this somehow equals to NO-promise/prophecy!...
2. Jesus actually promised his disciples that most of them would live to see it all happen... but 2000 years later - is still has'nt!!! So either he lied!, or some of them are still alive and walking among us... Or crawling among us (2000 years are much by all standards!)...

What will happen in 2012? Well we all know the answer to that, but the leaders of the fundies will just say, we made a mistake, it's actually er,.. 2020, just to keep the money rolling in, and a whole new bunch of people will write books explaining why the new date is the real one, and people will continue to fall for it as always.
However, I think it will be a huge blow to the fundies support, because a lot of eggs have been put in this basket, so it will disillusion a lot of people.

I like this video.The best part was ''Raptor Jesus''haha . Its kind of rediculous that people think just because Jesus said'There will be earthquakes,wars and famine in the end times, it really proved something. Earthquakes and wars are always going to happen on this earth,very convincing ,haha.If he new the future why didnt he name the people that started those wars,such as Hitler,haha.Now that would be evidence.

im afraid of what things people might do when it dosnt happen, some will of coarse claim they knew it wasnt yet, even if they thought it was time. but some i fear will bring great harm to others.

lol, yes...I intended to do this video about a week before xmas but didnt get around to it until xmas eve and made it in a bit of a rush. I didnt notice the two spelling errors until after I'd uploaded - by then it was too layte. I mean lait - I mean late.
