If you raise the tax in SA 2x as high as it is, you can have free education too. In countries like the UK, taxes are sky high, but education is free.

Education isn't free as taxes are not that high. In countries like the UK, you have very high taxes and therefore, education is free. So, get the SA goverment to raise taxes 2x in order to give free education!

SA continues to lead the way in innovative ideas for sustainable development in Africa. I believe the CIDA model could be the pioneer of a model which may be critical in getting higher education to the disadvantaged throughout Africa.
