CIDA City Campus is the first and only virtually free higher education institution in Southern Africa. Its focus is to provide previously disadvantaged youth with the opportunity to earn a fully accredited and relevant 3-year Bachelor in Business Administration degree, as well as vocational and life skills training, and self-management and entrepreneurial skills development.
It's not a matter of raising taxes - the South African government should stop squandering money on parties, corruption and useless cadre deployment - then the money will be available for the future generations !!

If you raise the tax in SA 2x as high as it is, you can have free education too. In countries like the UK, taxes are sky high, but education is free.

Education isn't free as taxes are not that high. In countries like the UK, you have very high taxes and therefore, education is free. So, get the SA goverment to raise taxes 2x in order to give free education!

SA continues to lead the way in innovative ideas for sustainable development in Africa. I believe the CIDA model could be the pioneer of a model which may be critical in getting higher education to the disadvantaged throughout Africa.

CIDA epitomizes the kind of initiatives we need to take to make the world a better place to live in for our youth and children. Wish we had more of such start-ups!

As a black female in America, I'm overjoyed to see a school like this in Africa. There is so many negative things on TV here about Africa. Thanks for the video.
