I think you've created a natural & flawless look that any teenage girl would be proud to show off on her MySpace page. Her skin looks beautiful, and without the use of real make-up, so surely that has to be a good thing yeah?

The freckles could always be left on if that was preferred.

The same 'flawless' effect can also be created by using the 'Blur' tool on quite a high strength setting .

also as for the actualy photoshop work there are better more realistic ways of doing this. it does look unatural.
