@nwall989898 in the beginning you'll notice he was getting packages (armour) delivered to his friends home, his buddy asked him to stop getting them delivered and he replied it was the last one, all part of the setup process

@nwall989898 if u watch the movie, in an earlier scene his friend is giving him unmarked packages, he ordered them to his friends house and his friends dad was curious to know what was in them and he didnt tell him so it came out better, idk if youv watched the movie im not ruining it for you best thing just watch the whole thing and pay close attention to every detail. i watched it about 3 times to catch every little detail it all makes sense once its put together

It seems genius, but only if you don't pay close attention. I have so many goddamn questions. not that there are any. Evan says to Bill "you've got to stop having these things sent to my house". Then something to the extent "my dad's getting pissed". Bill knew Evan and his father were politically motivated. Evan talked about changing things all the time, cleaning the population, killing people in the third world...it still doesn't matter. Bill disappears with marked currency... he got gas on him

so he uses 5.7 ammunition.... was that American Eagle ammunition I saw on his bed? How did Bill fill several 50 rnd magazines with one box of ammo? Too many Glock magazines... Did the fact that Evan's dad was once politically outspoken play a role in Bill's success at framing his friend? The greatest inconsistency of all is that Bill disappears, for seemingly no reason, after his "BEST friend" killed 70 some people, including officers and civilians and not to mention blowing up half the town

Bill must have made a shit load of money fixing and modifying vehicles, or living at home with his pretentious, self-centered parents enabled him to save up a lot. He obviously had plans drawn on how to assemble his armor prior to importing/buying various sized SAPIs or armored vehicle plates and sending him to his buddy's house, which was strangely his only friend.The guns change also. From H&Ks to FN P90Xs to whatever the fuck.
