  • Alton, you are a genius....we are going to miss good eats

  • @reyes1657 you can use it. Corrugated cardboard ignites at 800°F (427°C). Corrugated meaning the cardbord boxes with the riges in the middle.

  • Does anyone know if this smoking method can be used to smoke ribs. Will the smoker reach 250 degrees? (The temp required for smoking ribs)

  • Suckerrrr

  • adorable.... geek! XD

  • @ewaluv Because fried salmon is fucking nasty. It has enough fat and oil on it's own.

  • the mumbling under his breath part is hilarious

  • @ewaluv because that pan is a very dirty pan and should not be used to cook with, also fried salmon is not good eats, my good friend

  • Alton Brown is a Genius ! I love his point of view about cooking.... he makes Good Eats without going over-board with the preparations and equipment. God Bless Alton Brown and his work.... and thank you very much for posting this video !!!
