But true we should aspire to be as good as the western medical facilities and we should be ready to pay the matching fees so as to get outta this world experienced either local staff or import the staff from out of Pakistan and pay them accordingly!

As for management being third class do check around why we have a collection of good doctors. The ones that follow a disciplined style of patient management are allowed to practice those that digress from the written policies are let go of. Thus the poor / third class management tries to constantly improve those factors which are controllable. All this with an eye to not go on higher side in costs but even these costs are high with present country conditions for many. So it's about a balance!

...the result is varying. Having said that health facilities such as the size of Mmh go extra mile to normalize the staff to fit to the requirements of private patients expectations. With a smaller size facility the complaints are fast to reach the management both through formal and informal channels and the weaker links are weeded out. But as turnover is high due to the technical staff either ultimately being picked up by govt or exported the process is restarted again every two quarters....

The biggest problem in achieving quality is pricing. Creating a balance is key because access is also important. So as our friend suggested that nurses are kuchra that means one there are better nurses available somewhere and one can offer them a better salary to attract to the facility. For the benefit of all viewers let's invite all of you to find the total no. of nurses being produced as opposed to doctors! Since the proportions are distorted and the quality is also below average...

This hospital is making fraud with peoples, they have a lot of hidden charges, at the time you get admit they convince you with false statements & when you get discharge they get aggressive & start demanding the hidden charges, they will not provide you written evidence when you get admit.
