  • Go to my website and look at the offer on video on how to build a ring, promote shows and open a pro wrestling school. Can't put URL on here but go to Ricdrasin com just put the dot in

  • Ric., I was wondering, what about Albert Beckles? He looks unbeleivably young for his age and I beleive he still trains heavy. Is he simply an anomaly? It seems to me that those who have participated in sports are more prone to the type of age-related injuries you speak about. I'm 45 and have friends who played football in HS who can't do shit now. I didn't play football and I bench 345 with a reverse grip, shrug with 500, and squat deep with 315 for reps. And these are my best ever.

  • @conanfiles Genetics add a lot.... but his additude is positive which makes a huge difference

  • Man, you're the best person I ever saw talking sensibly and correct !!!!! You have a great character !!!!

  • Im 23 and only been lifting a couple years, now imma listen to the Ric and be smart

  • Awesome as always, So helpful!

  • Great episode. Important to get the basics in. Train sensibly.

  • Ric I am 25 and needed to hear this. I feel the way you describe in the video. Sometimes you just need to take a day or two and when you get back you are stronger than ever!

  • I agree Ric when i first started to lift i worked out 3 days a week about 8 months later i train 4 days a week its perfect i get the right amount of stimulation and rest, and some of my friends keep telling me to "step it up" to 5 or 6 days a week and there the ones nagging about there shoulder or back

    thanks Ric great episode
