i dont see what this has to to with coldplay, i like both of these songs, but this song has no words, and i only heard a slight resemblance at one point. also, im guessing this song is about flying, and coldplay's song is about Napoleonic rule. if coldplay did rip off of this song, they chose a good one to rip off of atleast

Your arguments are falling very short there.
Thanking people on your albums is no ecuse for stealing hooks, and it doesn't matter if they steal it through a different instrument.
Not only is the melody the same, but even the chord progression and tempo is identical if that wasn't enough. Don't be one of those annoying blood fans who live in constant deniial of things. Fact is, whether intentional or not, that riff is totally stolen and that's why they got sued.
