the quests thing, I don't think it must worth it. I think something like this is more suitted for rune factory. It's where ya fight monsters, it feels like more ya doing quests. Why would a farmer need to do quests?

Yeah requests that are for getting things like a pot, or an expansion are different colored from others. Konohana's are red with a star and Bluebell's are Purple with a star. Basically stuff that doesn't do with minimal rewards.
