Please Reply! I'm a young scholar trying to pursue my goals of becoming a Computer Engineer to design OS for big companies like Microsoft. Far fetched yes but to get Into OS design, would classes dealing with Programming be helpful to this career?

@ALI1981USA CompE is the better field to study. That's what I'm going into and i'm interested in learning all of the layers of a computer for it to operate. Plus you can become a a software designer, and game designer, and even use those skills to make advanced visuals for the movie industry which i ultimately plan on doing.
