On March 16, 2009 I set out to catch D&H train #417 - the South Bronx eXpress as it picked up an engine from Metro North at CP-35. I attempted to document said move, but it just kept getting darker and darker as the SBX got later and later as MN held it as they had problems of their own.
None the less, after seeing the D&H arrive Croton and get in position to receive the engine from MN, I hauled balls for Peekskill, hoping to take advantage of the station lighting.....

Thats a P32ACDM (not a P42) but yes, cool none the less, and not all that unusual as MN has 31 of these things and all of them need to be cycled out for rebuilding - but if not for the rebuilding it is indeed rare!
Keep an eye out for the next few videos I upload, as D&H 416 brought #207 back from rebuild just the other night (Thurs 4/23) and I caught it.....

Taxi...Taxi! Shoulda taken a taxi...... Also, why didn't you make the track mobiles a separate video, and title it "Get Some, track mobile style" like you were planning to do??

I would have made this entire evening into one video but my video editing software had a shit fit and insisted it be two separate videos....thus the part 2/2. I wanted to show off the entire evening to the viewers.
As another infamous 'buff once said "When I'm out taking video, If I had to wait through eight fucking trains of M-7s so do my viewers".
