Minecraft Chicken Farm with automatic Collector & Cooker

I don't know if someone else made something similar, I thought of it by myself, so my apologies if this is a (sort of) copy of something already done before.

I made this on my own little server. I throw a load of eggs from my egg farm in it, wait a while for them to grow, and when they are ready to be 'harvested', I pull the lever in the collecting room.
This opens pistons on both sides of the farm room, water flows to the middle where pistons retracted the bottom of the ditch, so the chickens fall down into a stream that pushes em down a 1x1 hole, where they land on the burning block of netherrack. Since they tend to scatter when they take damage, almost no loot is burned up, and the block is 2 high so they can't jump back on it.

Now all your chickens are gone. But that was like over 100 chickens. Seems like 1 of them leader of their country they made and all of them died.
