  • that smile at 1:26 really freaked me out .. not that she's ugly .. !! but they way she smiled and in a blink it was like it never happened .. !! kinda like some one else was smiling from within .. !!

  • looks like tratak meditation. candle should be at eye level. stare at flame without blinking and then close eyes and see the flame "imprint". this practise improves the subtle vision.

    I have the same issue: my mind goes all over. Eugene Cash says that this will happen, and that you should just concentrate on your breathing and bring it back. Do this as often as you have to. I guess with practice, your mind wanders less -- but I haven't practiced consistently enough to experience this.
