That goes without saying. The movie is built around The Beatles music, or were you not aware of that? I haven't heard a Beatles cover that comes close to the the original. The point is that Elton's version is better than Bono's.

now, you can PREFER one over the other--personally i like things in this one and things in the original. i like the key this one is in, and i prefer the singing in this one, its not as nasally, and the verses sound all space-y. but i agree, the chorus is OK. i never really liked the chorus anyway, i always thought there should be more verses. but that's just me.
