yea ill use that 1, another 1 i do is to lie on ur back with ur kness bent and touchin then fall ur legs togetehr to 1 side, have a dumbel 2-10kg in ur hand behind ur head with the other arm flat out on the mat 4 balnace, then do sidways crunches tryin to get ur elebow as close to ur ribs as u can. do about 50 reps then alternate, 2 sets on each side. hope this helps people, i find it brilliant and really defines ur front abs by boxing them in from the side. thumbs up so ppl can read this :)
