as a red sox fan i wish him the best. but i think manny is starting to wind down. and jason bay is in his 20's so im gonna have to say theo epstein made a great decision to get rid of manny. but being an AL fan, i hope he brings baseball big to the NL as it is in the AL. these World Series sweeps are becoming to easy for my Sox...hopefully the NL can bring something to the table now. that is true that the national league needs more attention just like american league, but.. i dont think that L.A. would be able to catch up to boston, or there's no guarentee that we'll be in the world series. we just have to get above tampa bay, not lose any games, do good against kansas city this week, but im sure the cubs will stay on top , as well as the angels. but we'll see when october comes right? thanks for the comment

theo made a great descision. manny was screwin everything up,pissin everybody off, and most importantly, he did not play ball his best.the worst kind of ball player there can be is one who does not give the game his all. i still like manny, but he could be a thousand times better than he is. As people say, it's manny being manny.manny was over paid by a couple million dollars anyway. when a manny doesnt play his hardest, and is getting 20 million dollars a year, you know it's time to let him go.

I'd also liketo add...we took the loss of 7 million to send him to la,nobody wanted him,so you keep california dreaming that he wanted LA,he went to a team that had nothing to lose by taking on a problem player,thanks for the laughs MANNY,next year we'll be laughing at the dodgers...again when they have no good picks,when manny is gone,they were better off losing every game and getting first round picks for the future of the team..so enjoy being a one hit WONDER !!!!

WE handled him...until he became an asshole,do a little more research other than what your media allows you,let's see if ya like seeing your team in a bench cleared brawl oops...almost bench cleared,Manny,still sitting there,but he'll attack a teammate,and when he demands 16 tix to a road game and knocks around the travel agent,instead of just buying them himself with all the millions he has...and then when he doesnt feel like playing,or performing the way he has in the past!!!
