This video is old you should do an update bcs I just installed it today and the two best plugins you mention Justin.Tv and ATDHE.net are not there any more and the whole interface has changed a lot

you need to put svn repo installer in the program section and open it in programs section on the main menu. u have enable the program main menu in the options somewhere.
