9th WAVE - IS NESARA HAPPENING NOW?

I've known about the National Economic Security And Reformation Act (N.E.S.A.R.A) for over ten years now. I believed it to be true from my first in depth study of it as several of us in our Wednesday and Friday groups explored and discussed it back in 2001. Yes, it was around the same time as 9-11 occurred. In fact, the "authorities" were supposed to announce it that very day. It did not happen then, obviously. Do you mean the Matrix? If so, non-compliance and non-cooperation are what I know now for most people. I filed "legal" paperwork to reaffirm my Sovereignty to the CORPORATION. Not everyone can or needs to do that The System is coming down.
