Wolves typically avoid humans. Only in rare circumstances will they become violent

Wolves don't eat human meat. But yes, they are protective and you should not walk near them in the wild.

I searched in some sites about wolves, and i found a list about (it was 3 months ago) wolf-human encounters, there weren't many incidents in the wild in the 21-st century, and it was written that most of the deaths were because of rabid wolves. And does age matter? All the information was taken from different sites, nothing by me.

Ilan I am not sure how old you are, however, Wolves are aggressive animals, they eat meat which means they have to kill their food first. They are also protective of their pack and will kill intruders. I am not sure where you got your information from however if you listen to Wolf Man who has lived with wolves he will tell you that they are aggressive. To downplay the wolves natural aggression dishonors the spirt of the wolf. The Grey Wolf is my favorite, I love these creatures.

But wolves aren't aggressive animals, even in the wild they don't attack people unless provoked.

Keeping a wild animal fed is a good idea, it wil not prevent you from being attacked. These wolves have a detailed way of communicating who is dominate and who is submissive. One step out of line and your toast and that includes the human in their area. Very dangerous business hanging out with wolves.

They are not fighting for attention, they are asserting domination over each other and the human. Licking the chin or inside the mouth is a sign of submission. Lowering the shoulders and wolf head below the wolf growling at you is a sign of submission. The wolf who sqatted on top of the other wolf was demonstrating domination over that wolf. There is a natural pecking order in the wolf clan and if you miss that you will get attacked. This man is in a very dangerous situation!!!
