Hyperspin shelled

Hyperspin v0801 shelled into windows xp sp3, using Brian Hoffman's boot.bmp, shutdown.exe, and shell.exe.

navigating through various menus showcasing video clips from Emumovies and box art and themes available from HyperSpin-fe.com and emumovies.com

I didn't use instantsheller because it applies settings systemwide and I wanted to be able to exit hyperspin and logon as a different user in case I need to make some changes. Besides, basically everything that instantsheller does can be done via registry.
