- Grab leg or side of chair with hand for pre-stretch.
- Use opposite hand to gently pull head to create stretch.
- Look straight ahead during stretch.
- You should feel a stretch over the side of your neck.
- Hold stretch for 30 seconds (don't "bounce"), do 3 sets.
