Cam Belt change K Series

You should also change the water pump, for the few pounds they cost - it stops further problems which will mean a new cambelt and tensioner again!
Wear gloves too, if you contaminate the belt with oil or dirt from your hands it will eventually cause problems and snap it. Oil and belts do not mix.
It would have been more use showing how it is done with the engine IN the car!

when changing the sensor (camshaft position sensor) make sure you replace the o-ring on it as well and give the sparkplugs a good clean while you are there make sure the battery is disconected first and also give a good blow on the coil packs

I would also recommend replacing the water pump at the same time. They don't last forever either.
