I'm 17 not your average girl.. never been to a real high-school..so school has been one big nightmare for me! =[ I am SO HAPPY there are other options out there! Time to Ger err Done =G:E:D!

im 15 and i screwed up my freshman year in high school my parents and I made a back up plan that if i want they will sign me out of school next year and have me go for an GED and go on to college early i plan on attending college for musical instruments but thats a back up plan (to get an GED) im just checking out any tips and whatever i need to know about this GED anything in particular i can study for this test just in case i decide to go for it?

I would like to move to the US and Enlist in the US Army...Although i never finished high school..I passed year 11 and then during the first week of year 12 I left and got a job....Can i get a waiver or do i have to sit the US GED test to join the Us Army....

Is it true that if you make well enough on the GED test, that there are scholarships possible?
(I hope I get a responce to this question. It's really been on my mind.)

@theoryallogist mine is this friday and its a retake of the math because i failed it :{ when i first took it 3 years ago



@SevieTeague This is mostly true. People who pass the GED test can qualify for scholarships and in some states, a scholarship is awarded WHEN you pass the test (like the Hope Scholarship in Georgia). But that's not the same in every state. Colleges may also award scholarships based on your entire application - not just your GED test scores. Does that help?
