    I love the film. Youtube is great for this sort of thing.

    My homeboy used to be bullied. He stated he was intending to get bigger muscle and strength. I didn't believe him. Right up until he gained 40lbs of genuine lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). No person dares to intimidate the man nowadays. :)

    I personally signed up last week. See what the results are. And the guys emails are cool!
