Phildaddy, it isn't all about being exact, the blues is about playng what you feel.I like what he did, it has a bluesy tone and feel to it. Alot of reverb but hey, if that is how he does it so be it.

maybe he doesn't want to be SRV, but wants to have a bit of his own style? that's what I take from this, I wouldn't want to have some persons exact style down.

im not gonna rip on your skills man. your a great guitarist. but ya added alot of stuff that just dont seem to work with the style of the great stevie man. but dont get me wrong. you are good. post another vid to match him exactly! lol.
