  • Dw 1548 windshield right there.. One men jobs... I can do that windshield less then 30min.... OMG too set up that tool probably about 15min I think. I actually saw it done in person.

  • @jcwrxturbo Thanks for taking a look at our Solo II™ glass handler product! It is true, it takes a few minutes of set-up, but with our experience in the auto glass business, it is vital that the technician protect themselves against injury. Just like @fixinggrace mentioned, our aim is to keep you safe and keep the customer's property from being damaged. Safety and knowledge of the process is paramount. AEGIS Tools has been doing that since 1982. Thanks again for watching our video.

  • I can see where you'd need to put the bead on the body instead of the glass. This isn't a bad idea with all larger windshields anyway. Anything that allows a technician to properly set a window will less fatigue, or chances of property damage or personal injury is fine in my book. The skill and care of the technician is still utmost. You need to care first.

  • @fixinggrace Well put. And thanks for your comments. We all completely agree here at AEGIS Tools. It isn't about scoring the most points or having the best touchdown dance, but helping to keep the windshield technician and customer safe. Thanks again...!
