My third grade teacher encouraged the other kids to bully me...I have AS as well.

and she also does the same thing to hearing impaired kids? how about just take the bitch out of teaching, that should solve the problem. and really if you couldn't deal with the kid maybe having him removed from the class I could understand but that whole taking him to the front of the class and having the other kids humiliate him like that is ridiculous. yeah make the kid feel like crap while you're at it, does it help you sleep at night that you bully kids that can't defend themselves?

Would you think that 4 men one 50, one 53, one 66 and one 70 bully one female because they told her women don't belong in the workforce they belong at home baking cakes and cookies? Bullying can get you any place ant time. You can be a pretty girl that everyone likes, but if you are smarter than the bully(s), you better put your fathers war clothes on. You can be 42 and be bullied.

@Paula7779311 Yes, you can be bullied at any age, but as an adult you have clearer paths of defense. At the workplace, that's called sexual discrimination and harassment and is illegal. Sure, at 42 you can put your fathers war clothes on.... because you are an adult. This was a 5 year old child. Not a fitting comparison.

She did this to not only to this child but to another child that was deaf or hearing impaired. They can't get rid of the teacher because she has tenure. This teacher is a stupid bitch who should be fired and the district sued.

@DarkQuietWyattON Yes she does have a history now along with pretty much all of Florida sadly. It's really sad that there's any work position with children that allows abuse. That is a great failing of our legal system and the Unions. It should never be that way. It should be "abuse a child: get fired" and that should be the end of it. This empowers a negative behavior in hateful teachers who abuse their positions because the know the system.

@thewildeman2 They need 2 picket the school & demand that she be terminated (just like Arnold did to Maria!) STAND UP PEOPLE! If all we do is BITCH about things & NOT take action, it will continue & continue & continue! How long R U gonna let it keep happening? Those who live there, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, REGARDLESS OF TENURE!!! This poor kid will ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS & be mentally scarred 4 LIFE N some way 4 what happened 2 him & the teacher gets off? WOW! DON'T BE A COWARD! DO IT 4 THE BOY!

@Patriot042 Actually, they sued the school and were awarded around 300K. The teacher was removed from duty, but then they put her back in another district where she mistreated a deaf girl. Of course, this happened two years ago and the video remains as a testament to the damage of bullying of all kinds. But yes, they did take action. Thanks.
