Judge Perry judges Matthew Bartlett Guilty of direct criminal contempt. 6 days in jail $400 fine for flipping bird to prosecutor Jeff Ashton in Casey Anthony trial while court was in session, and jury was present.
He's going to appeal it.

I love the idiots crying about the "judge setting her free". Protip: Blame the jury, they're the ones who determine the charges with which to be sentenced. She's had time served, so unless the charges are > the time served, she goes free.
Guess what? They weren't. Get over it. I don't like it that she's free, but this is an excellent example of due process being followed to the letter.
