These are voice actors, and this movie was made in 1967, while they were still together, during the Summer Of Love and released a year later.

The only thing that's the actual Beatles voices in this movie are the songs

so did the bealtes do their own voices or did this come right after they broke up? or while they were still making other records

I grew up on this movie, and I remember being terribly confused when I finally realized that yellow was in fact /not/ a standard submarine color.
