  • @MegaLocoxx Why?

Because he was 13 when he came to Barcelona... Yess, when you are 13, you have learned almost everything... right..?!

The most important years of a young footballer are from 12 to 17 years. Guess what, he spent those years in La Masia.

Just because he is not born in La Masia, does not mean he is not a La Masia 'product' ..!

  • @isaywhatiwanna Chill.

Ajax does not even except him.Ajax pushed him away, from the club. The man who has built the system, for both Ajax and Barcelona. At least we stay with his system, and look it pays of.

All Ajax does is criticize him. Respect the man and listen to him, before you came here to make these stupid comments.

The man i am talking about is afcourse El Salvador !!

  • La Masia team (4-3-3): Valdes GK Puyol RB - Pique - CB Busquets - CB Fontas - RB - Xavi CM - Iniesta CM - Thiago CM - Pedro LF Messi CF Cesc RF

  • Indeed, these players spent some very formative years at the club. Obviously, it's in the club's interests to seek the best young talents and then implement their philosophy, technique (Messi was a very raw dribbler when he arrived -- in some ways he still is -- but now he has a very subtle but recognizable Coerver-style dribbling that is taught at the club). Best youth system in the world -- fact.

  • @messi10zidane5 Read my post again. I never said that a player not could get better after 17 years of age. Or after they reached there full potential...?!

But it is clear that 12 - 17 years are very important for a young player!

  • @totaalvoetbal That's not right a player keeps getting better untill they reach there potential. Age has nothing to do with learning in football.

  • The legend, Pep Guardiola, supposed to be with them. He is also graduated from La Masia :-)

  • 50 escocidos votando negativo :D

  • @footballlover06 grazie sei stato gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ci sarò
