The Beatles gave this song to Billy J. Kramer. The Beatles themselves only made a demo-tape, with the voice and acoustic guitar of John Lennon and - I think - added by a second guitar and (at the end) second voice by Paul McCartney. This version is the original tape added by two guitars, bass and drums (which are not original).

Hi, yes I know, the drums could be made better. Too late... :-)

  • @TheMaccamaniac

Hi! I found the photos in the net. Found an article about an photographer, who made early photos of the Beatles which were never published before. Would find this article no more, it´s too long ago. Sorry, that I can´t give more informations.

  • I don't mind the drums but they sound like shitty drums

  • i wish they would have kept it instead of giving it to Kramer

  • you are a complete amateur, you mixed all your bullshit playing parts up, and obscured the only part anybody gives a shit about, LENNON and McCartney playing guitars and singing... mainly Lennon is heard on this. A decent mix would be balanced and you obviously know nothing and no fucking clue as to how to mix music.

  • the BJ Kramer version has a slight musical re-write in the phrase, "you won't be bad to me," which improves the song, makes it richer musically; wonder if the Beatles did that or if the arranger in the BJK session did....

  • I don't find the bass pedal fills very Beatlesque. It's like Joey Jordison from Slipknot did the drums.

  • @themasterofmovies This is the original analog vocal and acoustic guitar demo mixed with today's digital drums. That's why the title says completed version. No one is trying to fake anyone out. I think you missed the point here.

  • @fliederrix I say just take the drums down a little bit... not so much the kick and snare... but the cymbals and the toms definitely.

  • @themasterofmovies I am not a musician so appreciate your point of view.
