It’s classic bully behavior: picking on people who are deemed an easy target. Just because the cause of the hateful speech (frat initiation) maybe wasn’t specifically meant to demean women. It still did. The impact of speech matters.

Yep, the chants in this video definitely have everything to do with rape against men. No one is saying men can't get raped. When did the commenter say that? The point is, this conversation has to do with male on female sexual violence, which sadly happens often on college campuses. Were men the targets of this chant? Pretty sure it was women.

Protip: men get raped too (by both men and women), and this can often be far more traumatic because most of society either doesn't believe it exists, thinks the man should have somehow "enjoyed" it, or considers it far less of an issue than female rape. All rape is horrific, period!

Telling a joke about murder does not "normalize" the concept nor does it EVER influence people to murder - same for rape. You don't change "opinions" by enacting federal laws -> police state! First ammendment FTW...
