Pit of Tragedy: Secret Treasure

Ancient Lore:
Tropical Jungle Ancient Lore VIII
Tropical Jungle Ancient Lore II

Tropical Jungle Ancient Lore VIII:
Break all the rocks and the pots. The one near the pit (in which Johnny hides) doesn't need to be broken for some reason.

Tropical Jungle Ancient Lore II:
Grab the Totem Head. With the Totem Head, circle around the totem. Do this until a "!" appears. After that, continue the level as usual. The treasure will appear once you made the totem crash into the pit.

NOTE: Secret treasure can only be obtained after having beaten "Barbaros's Land - Final Battle"!

And now it's time to show you how to get all the secret treasure. I'll sort them by level, rather than number. Seems easier.

Hmmm, looks like I did the two out of order. I'm planning doing the treasure from low to high in Lore number in my other videos.

Out of curiosity, what happens when you get all the secret treasures? Is it worth it? Is it another ending... etc???

As far as I recall... Nothing. Your Pirate Rank title gets upgraded, but that's all, I think.

Completing it all is a reward in itself, I suppose.

You might want to not take my word for it, though. It's been a while since I touched the game.

Yeah, I can imagine.

Even after getting the treasure, I still don't understand the lore from Frost Breath. Ya know, the one that went like "With closed eyes, one without ears waits for the bell".

It's some kinda lever on a disk. How does that have "closed eyes"?

when you pull the lever the wall thing opens up just like an eye opening up it's eye lids. so when you don't have the lever pulled it's like a closed eye.
