If you do not know what is true search the scriptures to find it...all of it. If you sincerely ask the Lord to give you a spiritual understanding, He will.

Wow, is this what the devil has us fighting over, what about the real fight. Do live your life according to the scripture. If the Salt looses it`s savor what good is it. Get focused on your walk with Jesus Christ, stop fighting foolish battles that will not save your soul.

@MsLisa7161 We have to make sure when we quote the Bible that we understand and know why something is said. You should read and steady more to see why Paul said that to a certain group. It does not mean women not suppose to help spread the good news and do Kingdom work. God bless!!!

I believe in women carrying the Word of God like anybody else but when it comes down to qualifications a woman does not meet them for Elders or Bishop office according to the word of God and we say we believe his word and accept it as the infalliable truth then we should believe that part of Timothy and not boost people on cause they got a word or can preach and they sound good are they walking scriptually sound to the complete word of God? Sorry but the word does not talk about women bishops!

In the Bible...Joel 2:28 says "After I have poured out my rains again, I will pour out my Spirit upon all of you! Your daughters will prophecy ( a declaration of something to come~Prophet-1 who speaks for GOD); your old men will dream dreams, & your young men see visions. ALSO see Acts 2:17-18. If u're still not believing,answer this question>> Who was the first woman to carry the word of GOD?? Also, who did Jesus tell to have the disciples meet Him in Galilee? YES That's preaching.
