CHICAGO nightclub fighting @ Lake & Halsted from the Lake Street Lookout, LAKEandHALSTED.com

CPD Officers stationed in a police wagon intercede when a skirmish starts outside Chromium. A few minutes later an argument breaks out in the street and ties up traffic till the Police intercede again and get the cars moving. Since Chromium's security doesn't appear to be managing the valet traffic, the Police begin directing cars to keep the street clear.
