Long long ago, a DRUNKEN Colonel in Keesler AFB was driving back on base and drove too high on a curb and almost ran over two Airmen. The colonel, being a full bird got away with being drunk and said that the airmen were in danger because he couldn't see them at night. i have to ask this. WHY are people walking out in front of or behind moving vehicles to allow themselves to get run over in the first place?? a reflective belt can't fix stupid. if you ask me, people stupid enough to step out into the path of a moving vehicle deserve to get hit by it. end of story.
