@Kakabeblen Thank you for the comments. The last drill is a bit odd! It can only be done by swimmers who are under 5 feet 4 inches tall. It helps the swimmers use their whole body in the dolphin kick, as well as to stretch their stroke out. There should not be any stalling during this drill.
I love the 3,3,3 drill, I do it all the time. The second one is nice, I Don't know it, b ut it seems to improve the arms technique. The last one is kinda odd, because it makes you stall for a longer amount of time, you're going vertically, which is obviously not good for the butterfly.
