@Napoleontas Furthermore, I believe you'll find that tolerance of others and integration of cultures were major parts of the legacies of both Napoleon AND Alexander, as well as all of the truly Great individuals throughout history. It is as simple a genetic difference as the color of a person's hair. There have been conquerors of more-or-less equal merit from cultures throughout both the core and the marginal Empires. People like Napoleon, Alexander, Julius Caesar, and Qin Shi Huangdi in the Core and Shaka Zulu, Chandragupta Maurya, and any others in the Margins. People, regardless of race, ethnicity, or even the ineffable hair-color contain the potential.
