Japanese chefs will always be best at creativity and tasting, but the judges of today are biased to the unthinkable..giving them lesser scores than the American chefs.

As any chef, your tools are used to serve others. Imagine a chef standing on the cutting board then serve you a meal with it. It doesn't matter what country or culture. Food is universal, one thing we all share. At the very least, it's impolite. In a big event like that when you're on TV in front of lots of people and representing your country, it's disrespectful, immature.
