As Summerslam 1990 drew ever closer, both Mr. Perfect and Jake Roberts were preoccupied by their forthcoming PPV bouts. Mr. Perfect was anticipating a huge Intercontinental bout against Texas Tornado, while Jake was readying himself for the challenge of Bad News Brown and his oversized Harlem Sewer Rats. Less than two weeks prior to that massive event, however, both men would have to temporarily shift their focuses to each other as they collided in this huge, rarely seen one on one match. I so miss this age of wrestling. From 86 to 92 was probably the best ever time of WWF. I may be wrong but thats how I feel. Macho Man was my favorite back then. When he had those battles with the Honkeytonk Man and Ricky Steamboat. My god I miss those days!!
