Love this recipe.... I always order vegetarian meals when Im out because i can never trust where ppl get there meat supplies from.... I love my vegies so when it starts to cool down here and the 40 degree heat goes, ill deff be trying this recipe.. very easy to make..

That's like a curry stew, I prefer a stir-fry with traditional vegetables and a thicker sauce.
